In the event you are unhappy with the product, or you have simply changed your mind, you may return new and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the cost of the goods only, providing they are in a saleable condition, by contacting us either on our Contact Us page or by sending us an email at [email protected]. This is in line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
Please provide the details of your order number, reason for return, and if you would like a refund or replacement. We will then send you instructions on how to return the product. Please return products with appropriate packaging (the original, undamaged packaging is best) along with the delivery note and why you are returning the item. We would advise that you get proof of postage just in case your parcel goes astray.
Once the product has been returned to us, we will issue a refund or exchange your order as requested (providing the item(s) are still in a saleable condition). Refunds issued should appear on your bank statement within 5 working days and confirmation will be received from us via email.
The buyer is responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend that returns are sent by recorded delivery as we cannot accept responsibility should your items go missing. If you require an exchange, make sure you include details of the product you want in your returns parcel.
Please note that we are unable to accept any returns of opened essential oils, edible products or menstrual cups due to hygiene reasons.
Faulty, defective or wrongly delivered goods will be fully refunded, including the original and return postage costs. This is only as long as the fault is not due to misuse, use against the manufacturer’s recommendations or reasonable wear and tear.
