Prize Draw Terms and Conditions:

  1. By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these prize draw terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is being run by The Divine Magick (TDM).
  3. Eligibility to enter:
    1. The prize draw is entered by purchasing a raffle ticket.
    2. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age (TDM staff or family members are excluded from the draw).
    3. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any
      prize you may win.
    4. The is no limit on the number of tickets allowed for entry per individual/purchase.
  4. How to enter:
    1. The prize draw will include all raffle tickets purchased up until Midnight on 30th June 2020..
    2. To enter the prize draw simply purchase a raffle ticket:

    3. TDM will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.
  5. The prize
    1. The prize in the current draw will be one £50 gift voucher to spend at https://www.thedivinemagick.com.
    2. TDMs use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of
      such brands.
    3. The winner will be drawn at random using https://www.random.org to generate the winning number (between the first ticket number and the number of tickets sold) to match the sequential raffle ticket numbers.
    4. The draw will be recorded and posted on the TDM website and social media channels for transparency and authenticity.
    5. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no alternatives will be offered.
    6. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if
      circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.
    7. The decision of TDM regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no
      correspondence will be entered into about it.
  6. Winner announcement
    1. The winner will be notified after 30th June 2020 via the email provided during ticket purchase.
    2. TDM will attempt to contact the winner by email up to two times.
    3. If the winner does not respond to the emails notifying them of their win within 14 days of the
      second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and TDM reserves the right to choose and
      notify a new winner.
  7. Receipt of the prize
    1. For digital gift card prizes please allow 48hrs for prize delivery after confirmation of prize claim
    2. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize for physical prizes.
  8. Data protection and publicity
    1. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used
      by TDM for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined
      within our privacy notice.
    2. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at [email protected]
    3. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and general location (city/county) to any other prize draw
      participants if requested via TDM.
    4. An announcement of the winners first name and general location (city/county) will be made via TDMs website and social media channels.
    5. All personal information shall be used in accordance with TDMs Privacy Notice.
  9. Limitation of Liability
    1. TDM does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by
      any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize,
      save that TDM does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own
      negligence.
    2. On receipt, all responsibilities relating to warranty and the product are that of the prize winner.
  10. General
    1. TDM reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any
      time, without prior notice.
    2. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any
      disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
